The Hoptimist is a one-man operation — just me, brewing small batches out of the house with my wife and kids chipping in whenever an extra set of hands is needed. What started as a hobby has turned into a very happy obsession.
I love all beer — hoppy, malty, sour, dark, crisp, weird — and I love chasing what comes next. Every batch is an experiment, and every pour is a chance to learn something new.
